What is Clinical Elevate?

Clinical Elevate is Connexall’s human-centered, clinically led workflow and alarm optimization program. Built by a team of experienced advanced practice nurses with real-world backgrounds in ER, ICU, NICU, and more, the program is designed to reduce alarm fatigue, optimize communication workflows, and empower frontline clinicians.

Instead of layering on more technology, Clinical Elevate brings a deep, evidence-based, and observational approach to understanding what’s actually happening at the bedside—then delivers sustainable change that improves patient care and staff satisfaction.

How It Works
Clinical Elevate uses a phased, 12-month approach grounded in partnership and clinical insight:

Phase 1: Discovery & Engagement (Months 1–3)

  • Partner with clinical leaders to identify communication breakdowns and alert challenges
  • Review alarm policies, protocols, and staff training
  • Establish or revitalize alarm committees

Phase 2: Direct Observation (Months 4–6)

  • Conduct on-site workflow and environmental observation
  • Identify inefficiencies in communication and alert systems
  • Work side-by-side with clinical staff to surface real-world friction

Phase 3: Data-Driven Change (Months 7–12)

  • Deep analysis of alarm data and system configurations
  • Recommend targeted workflow adjustments
  • Support adoption with team-led education and a 90-day stabilization plan

Why It Works
Because it’s not just about the tech—it’s about trust, collaboration, and listening to the clinicians who live the problems daily. With Clinical Elevate, hospitals get more than insights—they get a roadmap to lasting, clinician-approved change.

Jan Capps

Director of Clinical Outcomes and Services

"Connexall had an indirect impact on our ability to better manage human resources. Connexall works well in operating room spaces, but it’s even more effective once it’s implemented throughout an entire hospital."

Central Lisbon Hospital

"Before the Connexall team worked on a solution they were very familiar with the issues and the working of the department. As a result, the product they produced was exactly what we needed to improve patient flow in the department. We’re very satisfied. The benefits are clear and the situation has improved considerably."

Holland Centre

"Monitoring patients in a private room-design NICU of this size requires extensive reliance on communication technology and software. Connexall’s ability to integrate multiple monitoring systems, staff assignments, and to map workflow to the communication technology has resulted in significant efficiency gains.
